William "Felix" Houphouet Tolbert
The Tolbert and George families announce the untimely demise of their beloved son, William Felix Houphouet Tolbert. He is survived by his parents, Henrietta R. and William R. Tolbert, III; sisters and brothers: Viatta (Darryl) Carter, Ruth (Perry) Washington, Irene (Mark) Kroteh, William R., IV, William W., Nyesuadah, Nekiaye, Fonate and Vahei L. Tolbert; aunts and uncles, great-aunts and great-uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, and numerous other extended family and friends in all jurisdictions. "Felix" was a Specialist, Recovery Vehicle Operator of 407th Civil Affairs Battalion, U. S. Army Reserve, Arden Hills, Minnesota.
